Gorilla For Kids

 

Children today, often spend there time playing video games, eating, and watching T.V. At Gorilla Fitness we offer a program for children that allows them to become fit like adults while keeping things within their realm of abilities. We offer many different cardiovascular routines, resistance exercises, body weight exercises, and stretching exercises.


 Research shows that Children benefit greatly from exercises, not only with weight control but also in many other aspects, including body control and heart health. It is hard to believe that today we need to make children exercise, but our culture is not what it used to be, and children are not as healthy as they once were. But we are here to help that, we have classes to help children reach a healthier lifestyle, while still keeping the Gorilla Fitness edge on things. We spend a lot of time performing sports activities, as well as agility and plyometric training. This is something that the kids actually enjoy, jumping and running and throwing things, most of the time they do not even realize they are exercising. Parents may also be interested in our Children's Jiu-Jitsu classes which focus not only on self defense, but on fitness as well.
